Terms & Conditions

1. Studio Booking & Appointment Policies

To ensure the highest quality of service and respect for everyone's time, the following policies apply to all scheduled treatments:

Deposits & Payments

  • A valid credit card is required to secure all online bookings.

  • Depending on the service, a non-refundable deposit may be charged at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your final service balance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment time will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost, charged to the card on file.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee, and future booking privileges may be suspended.

  • Late Arrivals: We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate the next client, and full service fees will still apply.

Client Consultations & Contraindications

  • First-time clients must complete a digital skin consultation and intake form prior to their service.

  • It is your responsibility to disclose all current medications (including topical retinoids, Accutane, antibiotics, etc.), allergies, recent skin procedures, or medical conditions. We reserve the right to alter or decline a treatment if a contraindication is present that compromises your skin health.

2. Online Product Sales & Intellectual Property

Professional Homecare

  • The products sold on this website are professional-grade, highly active skincare products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand how to use these products or have received a recommendation from us.

  • All sales are subject to our Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final, except in cases of verified damage or immediate allergic reaction within 7 days).

Content Ownership

  • All content on this website—including logos, product descriptions, website text, imagery, and graphics—is the intellectual property of this business and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without explicit written permission.

3. Liability & General Terms

Results Disclaimer

  • Skincare is a journey, and individual results from both treatments and homecare products can vary based on skin type, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence to post-care protocols. No specific results are guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

  • By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to release Roseae Co LLC and its licensed practitioners from any and all liability regarding adverse reactions, unexpected skin responses, or issues arising from undisclosed medical history, lifestyle factors, or improper product use.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or booking system constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
