Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Booking To secure your appointment, a valid credit card must be kept on file at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointments are reserved especially for you. We respectfully require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service and may be restricted from future booking. Late Arrivals We value your time and ours. If you are running late, please send a text to let us know. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened while still charging full price, or rescheduled entirely subject to the 50% cancellation fee. Preparation & Arrival Please arrive to all facial and lash appointments with a clean, makeup-free face. For spray tan appointments, please exfoliate 24 hours prior and arrive in loose, dark clothing with no lotions,
